We are delighted to introduce GFL Environmental Inc. (“GFL”) as your new solid waste services provider. GFL acquired your account from B & D Containers Ltd. on December 1, 2021 and we are very excited to be working with you going forward.

This transition comes with important updates on managing your payment options with GFL. For your convenience, details of our payment options are listed below, and we ask that you review this information carefully.

Action is required on your part to update your customer account, and we kindly request that you do so as follows:

Option 1: MyAccount – myaccount.gflenv.com

As a GFL customer, you now have access to our online customer portal, MyAccount. When you sign up to MyAccount you can safely and securely manage your payment preferences, including eBilling and AutoPay, from one central source. MyAccount has many other features and benefits to help you manage your GFL account effectively – more information and signup details can be found on the back of this letter.

Option 2: EFT

Please reach out to your local office for GFL’s banking information or submit a request through MyAccount at myaccount.gflenv.com.

Option 3: Online through your bank

Visit your banking institution’s website and set up ‘GFL Environmental Inc (Ontario)’ as a bill payee. Your 12-character account number can be found on the top of your invoice.

Option 4: Mail us a cheque

Please mail your cheque, made payable to GFL Environmental Inc., to our Concord, ON address above.
